Shipping policy

  • We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours from our facility. During peak periods around the holiday season (October through January), please allow an additional 3 business days for processing. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

    We ship from multiple warehouse locations to ensure faster and more efficient fulfillment. Depending on product availability, your order may be split into separate shipments. If items ship from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages. In such cases, each shipment under $129 will incur a separate standard shipping fee.

    Delivery timeframes begin once your package has been dispatched and do not include weekends. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s schedule and circumstances beyond our control.

    Returns & Refunds

    Returns initiated due to incorrect shipping addresses, delivery failures, failure to retrieve packages, or refusal to pay duties/taxes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

    Express shipping costs and duties/taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.
